As a passionate advocate to improve how healthcare is delivered, Al inspires the firm to embrace evidence-based design solutions to meet market demands. Al has grown the firm’s capabilities and expanded geographic reach through successful relationships and transformative projects. Al’s commitment to growth led to the firm establishing a strong Mid-Atlantic presence with the opening of Kahler Slater’s Richmond, VA office in 2017, and most recently Kahler Slater’s Charlotte, NC office.
