We are pleased to announce Lauren Lederman has joined Kahler Slater as Healthcare Strategist. In this role, Lauren will partner with our healthcare clients across the United States to align design with strategy, operations, and planning. With a focus on access and patient care, Lauren joins our Healthcare Team in their goal to empower clients to make data-informed decisions and advance their strategic objectives.
Lauren brings a breadth of experience from various health systems in strategic planning, business development, clinical operations, and physician relations roles. As Healthcare Strategist, she assists clients in navigating the complexities of healthcare systems to drive strategic initiatives. She will help lead our Strategic Advisory Services, which offers our clients a range of services from high level strategic and operational planning to feasibility and scenario planning for specific initiatives for healthcare clients nationwide. Lauren will be based in Kahler Slater’s Richmond office.
Previously, Lauren held various leadership and strategic analyst positions for notable healthcare systems including The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bon Secours Health Systems, MedStar Health, LifeBridge Health, and Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Her experience includes leading initiatives which resulted in measured growth and efficiency improvements. Most recently, she was the Healthcare Strategy Director for Hancock Daniel P.C. where she served as the strategy lead for the firm’s Certificate of Public Need (COPN) team for healthcare clients across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
