Tracie Parent Selected as a Wisconsin Titan 100

Titan CEO has announced Tracie Parent, Executive Vice President, CFO and COO, as a 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100. The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s Top 100 CEO’s & C-level executives. The award recognizes the area’s most accomplished business leaders using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Collectively, the 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 and their companies employ over 113,000 individuals and generate over $118 billion in annual revenues. This year’s honorees include C-suite executives across a range of industries.  

As COO and CFO, Tracie oversees the operations of Kahler Slater’s offices and provides executive direction to finance, risk, compliance, technology, and human resources teams. She has driven positive changes in firm operations given her leadership and emphasis on measured performance, data-based strategy, and focused execution across the organization. She provides executive oversight of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and Culture Council and is an active mentor in the Milwaukee community.
