Later today, Stetson University will celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Cici & Hyatt Brown Hall for Health and Innovation in DeLand, Florida. The new 40,000 square foot health and science facility will support Stetson University’s increased student interest in STEM and Health Sciences programs as well as help meet the needs of Central Florida’s employers.
“The university’s vision for the new building is to create spaces and experiences that will allow ideas, learning, and interests to converge, and evolve into groundbreaking discoveries and innovative pedagogy,” said Bonita Dukes, Associate Vice President for Facilities Management.
Designed by Kahler Slater and Harvard Jolly, construction is expected to be completed in fall 2022.
