Stetson University held a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony with their alumni and students for the new the Cici & Hyatt Brown Hall for Health & Innovation. The 40,000 square foot facility will support the University’s increased student interest in STEM and Health Sciences. The program includes active learning classrooms, wet labs, food lab/classroom, mental and behavioral health labs, research labs, faculty offices, and student study space.
“Brown Hall brings together an array of academic disciplines in collaboration,” said Stetson University President Christopher Roellke, PhD. “That collaboration is essential for the growth and discovery of new ideas, and our ability to problem solve and think critically about the issues that confront us in the world.”
Designed by Kahler Slater and Harvard Jolly Architecture, Brown Hall is scheduled to welcome students for the Spring 2023 semester.
