Kahler Slater, in partnership with local Ohio architect Lorenz Williams Architects, worked with Sinclair Community College in Dayton on the design of the Health Sciences Center.
The $31.5 million project broke ground for construction this past Tuesday. The project is a total rebuild of its Building 14 to consolidate health programs from across its downtown Dayton campus into the building.
The facility will house Sinclair's health science degree and certificate programs when it opens in the fall of 2017.
