One Year Anniversary of Our Headquarters Move

August 2022 marks our one year anniversary of moving into our new Milwaukee office headquarters. In 2020, we made the strategic decision to relocate to the BMO Tower despite the uncertainty of the pandemic. We saw the opportunity to lead the discussion around the future of workplace by doing. Our market experts created new tools and processes that add transparency to the difficult decisions our clients are facing.

Ultimately, our own decision was to relocate to a new Class-A suite. We used our data-driven process to show how we could meet the expectation of our individual employees and the firm overall. We are happy to share that our predictive modeling and application of design process yielded results that were spot-on. The new headquarters provides our team an amenity-rich experience, workspace flexibility, and dedicated collaboration areas. Our office model demonstrates trust in our people to work where, how, and when they want.

On the year-one milestone of moving into our new space, we continue to gather data, using our own office as a prototype as our clients and employee expectations continue to shift.
