Kahler Slater was selected to guide restoration and reinvigoration the Milwaukee Athletic Club. Co-developers Josh Jeffers and Tony Janowiec along with MAC Board members toured several premiere athletic clubs in Chicago, Detroit and Denver with Kahler Slater.
Earlier today, the project team announced that the 13-story, 200,000-square foot building will be modernized and expanded to include Driven Elite, a lifestyle experience with adult fitness and exclusive athlete training programs directed by Donald Driver, CPT, ISSA, AED/CPR. Driver is the all-time leading receiver for the Green Bay Packers (1999-2013); a Packers Hall of Fame inductee, Dancing with the Stars winner, and New York Times best-selling author.
As architect, Kahler Slater assisted in the applications for federal and state historic preservation tax credits. Notable members of the design team include Joe Sinnett, AIA, Project Manager; Amber MacCracken, Interior Designer; Jeremy Happel, AIA, Project Architect, and Adam Bastjan, AIA, Athletic Designer.
