Congratulations to Marion Clendenen-Acosta for being recognized in Madison365’s series “Building Black: Celebrating Wisconsin’s Black Architects”. The series recognizes some of those architects, aspiring architects and designers literally building Wisconsin as part of Black History Month.

Kahler Slater is incredibly fortunate to have Marion’s leadership, guidance, and talent. We celebrate her many accomplishments as Wisconsin’s first Black woman architect as well as her part in establishing Wisconsin’s NOMA chapter.
