We are pleased to announce Lorraine Kasznia, AIA has joined the firm as Principal and Workplace Practice Leader.
Based in Chicago, Lorraine will lead our workplace market, leveraging over 25 years of design, management, and academic experience. She is passionate about creating workplaces that enhance the employee experience while fulfilling strategic goals. She is a strong communicator and natural collaborator, known for her ability to bridge the gap between design and execution.
“In this role, Lorraine will leverage our design process and significant portfolio in workplace projects by providing strategic advisory and project design leadership to clients,” said Glenn Roby, Chief Executive Officer.

Previously, Kasznia was a Director and architect with Eastlake Studio and worked on notable projects including the headquarters for the Chicago Tribune and for Showpad, as well as multiple projects at The Mart, Chicago. She also served as Adjunct Architecture Instructor for the College of DuPage and Triton College. Kasznia is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW) Chicago, serving as Scholarship Committee Co-Chair.
