Kahler Slater Selected to Design Grant Regional Health Center Expansion

Grant Regional Health Center recently announced expansion plans for Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, and Nutrition Services. Kahler Slater is pleased to share we have been selected to design, program and plan this exciting expansion and renovation to further enhance the patient experience in the community.

With a patient-centered care approach at the forefront, the project will focus on the increased need for rehab services, technology advancements, and provide a more efficient flow to patient and care areas. 

"Part of our facility is 70 years old this year and with additions and renovations to other areas of the hospital, we feel it is important to ensure the original spaces have the same efficiencies and functionality and are just as modern and up to date," said Tami Chambers, President/CEO.

The project is anticipated to break ground in Spring 2026 and will be completed in stages to minimize current hospital operations.
