Kahler Slater + BG Consultants Team to Design The New Emporia Recreation Center

We are excited to partner with the Emporia Recreation Commission and BG consultants on the design of their new recreation facility in Emporia, Kansas. With a goal to enhance and provide additional recreation amenities, the Emporia Recreation Center recently began community engagement efforts to understand the current needs and wants for a new recreation center. Potential spaces include a family indoor aquatic center, a multi-purpose gymnasium with court space for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, indoor turf for soccer, baseball, and football, and many community-focused spaces for youth activity, birthday parties, meetings, and events.
