The ranking is compiled each year by Great Place to Work® Institute, based in San Francisco, and represents the best small (25-250 employees) and medium (251-999 employees) workplaces in the America. Rankings are based on an employee opinion survey that evaluates a company in five areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The Institute’s unique Trust Index© methodology measures the level of trust that exists between employees and management, the pride employees express about the company and the camaraderie employees share.
Kahler Slater’s HR Director, John Horky commented, “We are very honored to be recognized again this year. We do make it a priority to lead the firm in a manner that fosters as much trust as possible. This means honesty, openness and transparency–things that people particularly value when times are tough.” Horky will be representing Kahler Slater at an award celebration later this month in Chicago, Illinois.
