Design Unveiled for New Sports and Entertainment District in Downtown Milwaukee

Kahler Slater, Kacmarcik Enterprises, and Bear Real Estate Group are partnered to design a transformational new sports and entertainment district at 8th and Michigan in downtown Milwaukee. The development will feature an 8,000-seat stadium, 3,500-person indoor concert venue, 140-key luxury hotel, and 99-unit multi-family development on 11-acres.

Scheduled to break ground in 2022, the mixed-use site will also feature street-level restaurant and retail space. It will involve a collaborative team of important voices in Milwaukee, including Marquette University, the City of Milwaukee, and the Pabst Theater Group who will be operating the concert venue.
