Construction Begins on The Edge Luxury Apartments in Madison, WI
November 15, 2017Demolition has begun on the existing property at 708-710 Williamson St. in Madison, making way for the future home of The Edge, downtown’s newest luxury apartment development. Kahler Slater is pleased to partner with Forward Development Group, providing services as designer and architect of record for the exciting project.
The Edge will include 55-units, private balconies, below ground parking, and 8,000 square feet of neighborhood supporting retail. For more on The Edge project, click here.
Rather than a traditional groundbreaking, “Sledgehammer Ceremony” was held marking the beginning of construction.
