Children’s Wisconsin Expands Services Opening a New Clinic in Appleton
October 27, 2021Children’s Wisconsin will open a new clinic location in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2023. The new state-of-the art building designed for pediatrics will have the potential to support up to 70,000 visits a year, reducing the need for families to travel to Milwaukee for appointments.
Construction of the new 50,000+ square-foot facility will begin this fall and consolidates two clinics into one convenient location. Designed with flexibility in mind, the clinic has 34 exam rooms that adhere to a high degree of standardization, hybrid exams that create cross functionality, and a move towards non-proprietary spaces.

The project team includes Kahler Slater, Hammes Company as the developer, Miron Construction Co, Inc. as the construction manager.
