Carbon Steak Sets Grand Opening for December

Carbon Steak - a new downtown Milwaukee restaurant - is set for a grand opening the weekend of December 8th. The restaurant, owned by Volante Group, will seat 116 people in their dining room, cocktail lounge, and exclusive mezzanine area. Designed by Kahler Slater, the restaurant features a darker, intimate atmosphere complemented by a soft, floral undertone.
