Breakwater 233 Apartments Celebrates Groundbreaking
February 20, 2023Kahler Slater is partnering with Hovde Properties, a Madison-based developer, to design a six-story building, consisting of ground-floor parking and five levels of living space. The sustainable multifamily development will feature views of Lake Michigan, create a public connection to the lakefront, and will be walkable to downtown Racine.
The Breakwater development held its groundbreaking ceremony on February 17th, for the 202-unit apartments. Partners include Hovde Properties, C.G. Schmidt, GRAEF, and the City of Racine.
