BMO Tower Is Underway

Irgens and Kahler Slater have broken ground on the new 25-story downtown office tower for BMO Harris Bank. Attendees at the groundbreaking ceremony enjoyed brief remarks from Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, Mark Irgens, BMO Harris CEO David Casper, and Michael Best & Friedrich Co-Managing Partner Danielle Bergner. BMO Harris and Michael Best will be anchor tenants in the tower.

The project will begin with demolition of the existing parking structure. Once the site is cleared tower construction will commence. Completion of the tower is scheduled for December of 2019.
