Irgens made the strategic decision to move from their location in downtown Milwaukee to a new 16,000 square foot tenant space within the Innovation One Business Park. Utilizing 16,000 square feet of the 70,000 square foot building, the new headquarters accommodates increased demand for space at 833 East while helping kick off the new business park in Wauwatosa. 

Innovation One is a Class-A commercial building at the forefront of sustainable design. The development is LEED-Silver Certified and achieved SITES Certification, the first SITES certified project in Wisconsin.
