The City of Wauwatosa, in partnership with the Wauwatosa Curling Club, worked with Kahler Slater to renovate the current home for the Curling Club in Hart Park. The Muellner Building, a Wauwatosa Historic Preservation Commission designated building, is also home to the Senior Center and other community spaces. The project renovated a majority of the facility including restoring the original heavy timber barrel vault ceiling structure in the Ice House (curling sheets). Additionally, the curling clubhouse was relocated adjacent to the Ice House providing a better connection to the competition during play.
