The Kahler Slater + Populous team partnered with the Village of Ashwaubenon, Brown County, and PMI Entertainment Group, to design a new $93 million Resch Expo Center adjacent to the Green Bay Packers’ Lambeau Field and connecting to the existing Resch Center. Completed in 2021, the Resch Expo Center is a catalyst for the continued growth in the area by attracting new events, jobs, and revenue.

Designers understood the project's versatility and location make it an opportunity to tie together the newly developed Titletown District, Lambeau Field, creating a cohesive Entertainment District. While providing a flexible expo hall was the main programmatic goal, the project team saw an opportunity to engage with the outdoor space for expos, special events, and game day experiences.

Resch Expo’s innovative multi-purpose design allows for the hosting of multiple events at one time, minimizing downtime between shows due to move-in and move-out. This flexibility creates the potential to utilize a facility to its full potential, bolstering business for surrounding developments and increasing the potential for economic impact.
