Kahler Slater assisted Greenway Engineering with a master planning development for an active adult community. The former middle school site was reimagined to accommodate a residential community complete with duplexes, townhomes, and stacked townhomes.
The active community was designed as two, three-story buildings with underground parking and a central amenity pavilion and outdoor lawn serving as the focal point for 158 units. Kahler Slater helped HDP navigate and secure the entitlements in Winchester, VA for this project, securing the right to develop the parcel.
