Kahler Slater is designing a 12-story, 232-unit student apartment building to add to this vibrant college town.  Designed to blend into the neighborhood, this project activates the streetscape and uses materials and massing to respond to the unique conditions in this through lot site.  

Building amenities support the whole student, with spaces to connect and create community while enhancing health and wellness. Green roofs, bird friendly glass, and solar panels aid the building’s LEED Silver goal.  Our team is providing both architecture and interior design services.
