The Meadowland Research Office Building is the first new development in the Milwaukee County Business Park in almost a decade. Built to house technology firm, Zywave, it is a modern four-story office building comprised of 155,000 square feet.
The building takes it cues from the wedge-shaped parcel on which it is placed and the large floor plates bend to fit the site. It features a field of punched openings in a charcoal brick façade and is punctuated by sections of large floor-to-ceiling glass bays which cantilever over the ends of the building. The folded wings of the building embrace a generous greenspace which doubles as a park-like amenity for the research park. The building includes structured parking built into the landscape and has excellent highway visibility.
