SSM Health partnered with Kahler Slater to address the growing need for additional healthcare access in the thriving city of Sun Prairie. The 90,000 square foot outpatient center will expand specialty services in Dane county with surgical orthopedics care and comprehensive eye care services. 

A solar array built as carports will provide shaded and covered parking for patients and staff. The arrival space prioritizes technology implementation that can evolve and aligns with consumer expectations today and an improved patient experience. The lobby features a monumental open stair to the Second Floor where patients will self-room and staff are in an off-stage integrated care team hub that improves operational efficiency and encourages cross collaboration. 

Kahler Slater and J.H. Findorff & Son, Inc. are partnered to design and deliver this project, scheduled to open in 2025.
